Question:       I am not sure if the same Halachot apply on the days of Sefirat haOmer as during the three weeks.
Am i allowed to buy new clothes? and if so am i allowed to wear them during these days?
I heard that you'r allowed to buy, but not allowed to wear, unless you wear the new item on Shabbos, is this true?

Answer:
      There is no Halachic prevention to buy new things or to say Shehecheyanu on the days of Sefirat haOmer. During the three weeks that is right.
Women's Hair-cut
Question:
     Are women permtitted to shave during the Sefeirah?

Answer:
      Women may not cut their hair during the Sefirah, but they may remove facial hair which would damage their appearance, and married women may remove hair from other parts of the body which their husbands would find unattractive. If removing the hair is only for the purpose of enhancing their beauty, it is not allowed.

For The Business
Question:
     May a Sepharadic (Marrocan) jew shave Erev Shabbat for a business meeting during the Omer (10 days before Lag baOmer)?

Answer:
      We asked Rabbi Sh. Zaafrani Shlita, and he said that it is forbidden to shave in the Omer days even for business reasons or/and for Shabbat.
